The 15th Bomb Squadron flew five-light bombing missions in DB-7 A-20 Bostons from the UK before being reassigned to the Twelfth Air Force at Mediouna, Algeria from 15-Oct-1942 to 1-Oct-1943. They were later absorbed by the 47th Bomb Group.
